GINA KOSTELECKY-SHANKLE
Gina Kostelecky-Shankle, a Senior Systems Engineer for Northrop Grumman, has provided systems engineering support to numerous aircraft and space programs over the course of her 17-year career. While at the B-2 Division of Northrop Grumman Corporation, she was a technical focal point for the development and acquisition of support equipment for the B-2 Bomber. In this capacity she was responsible for defining requirements for support equipment and for ensuring that contractors developed and delivered equipment that met those requirements. While employed at Northrop Grumman, Ms. Kostelecky-Shankle attended the University of Southern California on a part-time basis and received a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Ms. Kostelecky- Shankle also worked for The Aerospace Corporation where she provided a wide range of systems engineering support to numerous military and civil space programs. Ms. Kostelecky-Shankle recently returned to the Mission Systems Sector of Northrop Grumman Corporation where she is currently supporting the Transformational Communications MILSATCOM program. Ms. Kostelecky-Shankle joined INCOSE in 2002 and has been an active member of INCOSE-LA ever since – she served as one of the Technical Co-Chairs for the 2002 INCOSE-LA Mini-Conference and is the current Programs Chair.
