Lodging Information

A block of rooms (discount rate) has been secured for CSER 2008 attendees who choose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach & Marina Hotel.

• Attendees are strongly encouraged to make room reservations prior to March 05, 2008 to get the special rates. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after March 05, 2008 at the then current hotel rates and on a space available basis.
• The following rates are available for check-in on April 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th. The same rates apply three days prior to April 1st and three days following April 4th if rooms are available. All rates are subject to the applicable local taxes (currently at 12.1%) & fees at the time of the INCOSE event.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the event date. Guests arriving prior to this time will be accommodated on a space available basis. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-outs (after 2:00 PM) may incur additional costs. Individuals departing earlier than scheduled may incur a $50.00 plus tax charge.
• Reservations by Internet may be made by visiting the Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach & Marina Hotel website, and must identify themselves as being part of INCOSE Conference on Systems Engineering Research 2008, to ensure the special rate.
• Parking is $10 per day for registered guests with in and out privileges. For non-registered guests, parking is $14 per day.
