Welcome to the CSER 2008 Registrar!

Successful registration can be accomplished in two ways:

1) Download the Registration Form, and follow these steps for complete registration:

• Complete the registration form, including guest information (if applicable)
• Fax completed form to: 1-270-458-7261, Attn: CSER 2008 OR
• Mail original form & payment to:

• Payment by Mail: Make Checks/Money orders (drawn on US Bank only) payable to "INCOSE-LA"

2) Register and pay online:

Payment is accomplished via the INCOSE-LA website through PayPal. Note that you do not need a Paypal account to complete the transaction. Paypal accepts credit cards.

• Complete and "submit" the online registration form below.
• Select your registration fees and complete the PayPal payment.
