CSER 2011 is scheduled for April 15th and 16th, 2011.  SEANET, which is independent of CSER, will take place on April 14th.  If you plan to attend CSER as well as SEANET, then you must register for each event separately.  Whether you are an attendee, presenter, an exhibitor or a generous sponsor for CSER, you may begin the registration process from this webpage.

REGISTRATION TIMETABLE:  The registration timetable for Attendees, Presenters and Exhibitors is shown below.  Exhibitors should register as soon as possible as floor space is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Certain levels of Sponsorships do include a complimentary registration which is given at the time of the donation.  Donations should be registered as soon as possible.

ACCOMMODATIONS:  INCOSE Los Angeles has negotiated a conference rate ($169 per night) for all attendees of CSER and SEANET (Click Here to Reserve a Room).  Rooms at the Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach & Marina Hotel are available at a first-come, first-serve basis until our block has been exhausted; the hotel will continue to honor the conference rate at its discretion.

ONSITE REGISTRATION:  All prospective attendees are encouraged register early to take advantage of the value that the CSER 2011 team has attempted to achieve.  While onsite registration will be offered, it will be on a space available basis.

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations must be submitted to Paul Cudney in writing (e-mail) prior to April 1st, 2011 to receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100.00.  Substitutions are allowed beyond April 1st.

PAYMENTS:  With exception of onsite registration payment, all other payments can be achieved online and paid by credit card through this webpage.  INCOSE-LA uses CONSTANT CONTACT(tm) and PAYPAL as its online event registration and payment method.  You may still mail a check, drawn on a US bank and made payable to INCOSE-LA (CSER 2011).  The postmark will determine whether your registration qualifies as early, normal or late registration.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I am a member of an INCOSE-CAB company.  Will I be considered a member of INCOSE or a non-Member?  You will be considered a non-member, and it is not too late to join!  Member rates are based upon individual memberships.  The planning committee, at its discretion, can structure a fee to benefit employees of CAB member companies.

I am a presenter at the conference, do I still have to pay the fee?  The committee plans its fee structures accordingly.  It is up to the budget committee to determine the fee structure and categories.  Historically, a presenter paid a modest fee compared to an attendee.

What about travel arrangements? Each attendee is responsible to make his/her own flight arrangements.  There are several airports in the Los Angeles area, the closest two are Los Angeles (LAX) and Long Beach (LGB) airports.

I will bring guests but my guests will not attend.  May they still participate in meals?  You may only purchase banquet tickets for your guests (limit 2).  Conference-related meals throughout the day are not available for purchase to your guests.
