Remote Webcast Sites: No remote sites are planned for this month’s meeting. The intent is to encourage in-person attendance, for better interaction and dialogue, based on the special nature of this month’s meeting. Virtual Attendance for Individual Participants. We are providing virtual meeting capability for this event. Presentation is scheduled to start at 6:00 pm. (See meeting schedule, above.) ********** ABSTRACT:The January ‘speaker’ meeting will be held at BAH LAX facility in El Segundo, and will be in a “Town Hall” format. Being as this is the first scheduled meeting for 2012, we will also take a short amount of time to present chapter awards, and Dr. Azad Madni (USC) will do the honors of inducting the newly elected officers to the INCOSE-LA board of directors. It is anticipated that this meeting will be unique and of special interest to anyone who would like to know how the chapter operates and who would like to have a say in the programs, events, and activities of the chapter. We hope that is you. The format will be a “town hall” discussion in which members are invited to “do the talking” - to discuss how the chapter can improve to better meet the needs of the membership. Participation by non-members is also encouraged – we’d like to know why you’re not a member of INCOSE and INCOSE-LA. Information will be presented on key focus areas, and questions will be presented to the audience, for the purpose of soliciting feedback and suggestions. The discussion is intended to support planning for the upcoming year and strategic planning for the future, and to provide chapter leaders insight for representing chapter interests in local activities and at upcoming international level events. Please join us, and share with us what you’d like your chapter to deliver.

At gate on the far right, press the green button to receive a parking ticket (Admin staff will validate parking). 5. After passing the gate, turn left into the visitor parking lot. Walk past the water fountain, across the rotunda to Building 5220. We are located on the 2nd floor, Suite 200. From the San Diego (405) Freeway traveling NORTH: 1. Take the El Segundo Boulevard exit, Exit 44 toward Hawthorne Blvd. 2. Turn Left onto West El Segundo Boulevard. 3. Turn Right (North) on South La Cienega Boulevard. 4. Proceed on La Cienega until the third stoplight. 5. Turn Left onto Pacific Concourse Drive. 6. Follow the road until you reach the 2nd stop sign (immediately past court house parking garage on the right) and turn right.
