May 2012 - "On behalf of INCOSE, I am happy to forward the attached letter informing you of your chapter's Circle Award. To honor these efforts and achievements, this Circle Award will be presented at the 2012 INCOSE International Symposium in Rome, Italy."  See attached letter of recognition from INCOSE recognizing this award.
